"Great hotel, Caroline on reception was fantastic, friendly, gave me lots of information & showed me to my room, impressive! Pool, sauna, steam rooms & jacuzzi, wonderful! My room was great, large with outside balcony, jacuzzi bath & separate shower, and amazing! Josh in the bar was awesome! Hannah at breakfast was excellent! All staff attentive, & positive. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Food was super yummy 😋😋"

"Excellent hotel for visiting Norwich itself and UEA. Walkable to city centre and short car trip to UEA. Fab staff Hannah, Helen and Puthi were brilliant and I felt safe as an individual travelling on my own. Parking great free and easy. Room great and light and tea and coffee provided. "Fellows Yard was truly an amazing experience. 10 of us stayed there over Christmas and it was so much fun for everyone aged between 3-70.It is a great space for a large number of people as there are lots of different seating areas so you aren’t on top of each other the whole time. All the fixtures and fittings are done to a high standard, and nothing has been spared - Quooker tap, underfloor heating, robotic hoovers, two ovens, portable speakers to take around the grounds to name a few. The outdoor pizza restaurant is a great addition - we brought down our own dough and cooked them in no time with the gas Gozney pizza oven.There is also a dual fuel bbq which we used for another dinner time. It’s right outside the kitchen doors so makes for an easy dinner.The hot tub was enjoyed by all ages. It’s wood fired & does take a while to heat up but that didn’t bother us. There is also a projector which can be used to watch films or listen to music which was so much fun. And a bonus of having no neighbours close by…you can enjoy the music on loud! plenty of towel gowns are provided. Next to the hot tub is a ‘pub’ - another fun seating area with a foosball table. Close to this area is also a good sized children’s climbing frame. A walk along Holkham beach is a must! Carl, the owner was a great help answering any queries and providing local information. Thanks for having us and making our Christmas amazing and we wouldn’t hesitate staying again! "
