Welcome to our luxurious three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse in Mellieha! Located on the fourth floor of a condo, this stunning residence offers a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.

As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a beautifully finished living area featuring an L-shaped 5-seater sofa, a 65-inch smart TV, and a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected. To your right, a magnificent 55-square-meter terrace awaits, offering breathtaking side sea views—a perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxation.

Continuing inside, the layout leads you to a large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with cooking utensils, a dishwasher, and a kitchen island—ideal for enjoying breakfast with loved ones. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a round dining table that seats five, perfect for sharing meals together. The bright rear balcony boasts unobstructed sea views, adding to the allure of this exceptional property.

The three bedrooms offer ample space for relaxation, with the master bedroom featuring an en suite shower for added convenience. The spare bedroom features a comfortable twin bed, while the single bedroom provides flexibility for guests.

In the main bathroom, guests can enjoy a walk-in shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer for added convenience during their stay.
