The apartment in which the owner has two weeks right of use has a maximum occupancy of 4 adults and its extensive facilities include spacious, stylish living spaces, large living and dining areas, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with an oval bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom is with a queen sized bed and the sofa bed in the living area provides sleeping space for two more persons. Balcony with sea view and with outdoor dining furniture completes this top-notch apartment. Room amenities include secure in-room safe, flat panel Lcd Tv (one set in the bedroom and another in the living room), satellite cable Tv and Dvd player, high speed free Wifi, 24 hour room service and mini bar (at extra charge according to Use), direct-dial telephone, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron board and iron, separate dining area, individual climate control, provision of bathrobes and slippers, complimentary toiletries and towels and the free use of beach towels at the poolside, spa and beach.
There are a number of restaurants and cafeterias on the resort grounds and many more in a 3 km radius. There is an on-site delicatessen that apart from having all the fresh daily needs, also offers a free of charge Dvd exchange service for residents.

Host owns timeshare - a 1-bedroom deluxe seaview apartment that sleeps max 4 adults. Exchnge day is restricted to either the Tuesday or the Friday. Minimum stay 7 nights; as owner owns two weeks' timeshare, the maximum stay is 14 nights.

Price quoted is for one full week (7 nights).

The timeshare ownership entitles host to use his weeks all year round so calendar is open. Upon enquiry, the owner will check availability with resort and only if resort has the required availability can he confirm the booking.

These two weeks are backed by a hotel accommodation voucher that will be transferred onto the name of the holidaymaker taking this offer.

Owner will meet client at the hotel lobby to hand over the accommodation voucher that confirms the unit and the dates and ensures that client checks-in without a hitch and that client will benefit from all rights and benefits available to members.
