「I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round.
I will definitely stay again next time I’m working in the area. The only thing I would say is with all the modern appliances in the room, a full-sized...

「Perfectly presented place for short stay whilst attending family wedding nearby. Super comfy bed and all the necessary appliances for our stay or for a longer stay too. Great use of the space, quiet area and welcoming host who was available for any questions. Wish we could have been able to stay longer and explore more of this area as there were plenty of places to explore.」

「We were not told there would be a wedding in progress so the music was quite loud until 11pm.
There was no option for early takeaway breakfast at 8am, and no option for room only.
The restaurant still set up for wedding, with chairs stacked up.The female staff in the restaurant were very nice and the food excellent, something a bit different.
Our shower head kept falling down & the toilet flush handle broken.
The room was spotlessly clean.」

「The hotel looks spectacular when you arrive. On check-in the staff were polite, seemed a little fed up everyday thereafter. The restaurant is something that should be avoided at all costs unless you like eating uninspiring, bland overpriced food (£60 for 2 people and I would have expected something that looked and tasted like some heart had gone into it). Best option was the pub at the end of the drive or a takeaway!!
Breakfast was free - that was nice because I would not have paid for it!
