"Such a warm welcome and throughout our stay. Attention to detail with everything. Lovely fresh flowers left from housekeeping in our rooms. Great breakfast and service is second to none. Amazing views and gardens. Location is ideal to get quiet time relaxing by the pool with views but just a short drive or Uber into Kynsna quays. Lots of bars and restaurants. We will be back and would 100% recommend."

"Lovely location and rooms, but as an octogenarian with a disabled wife the front entry is not to be recommended. Lack of hand rails and the difference in height of steps make the approach to the building challenging. As it is the only entrance, this creates a wrong first impression to the facility."
