「のんびりと観光しながら向かおうと思っていましたが、到着時間を何回も聞かれ、観光しながらのメールのやり取りにはまいりました。また、時間を指定されたため、観光の途中で予定を変更してチェックインしに行かなければならず、その後同じ場所に戻りと、時間を無駄にしました。短い観光時間の中でそのようなやり取りに時間を取られ、もったいなかったと思っています。また、それ以降スタッフは見なかったのです（携帯チャットのやり取りになるようです）。 　部屋は広く綺麗に整えられていましたが、暖房が効かず、滞在中ずっと寒さに耐えなければならず、次の日には風邪を引いてしまいました。 　場所も観光スポットから遠く（バスで30分くらい）、不便でした。」

「The host was a very nice man, incredibly welcoming and helpful. You get this sense that you're well taken care of. Definitely deserves 5stars. If you are a light sleeper you should be travelling with earplugs; motorbikes in the night could get a little noisy. I'm sure that's an issue everywhere if you are closer to a roadway.」

「Absolutely beautiful room. We asked if it was possible to get an early check-in as our flight landed at 9am. Thanks to Luca (owner) we were able to get in our room at 11am…so nice. Luca met us at the building and gave us a tour of the room. The one thing that threw us off was the entrance to rooms. It is on a busy street with a very large door. We rang the bell and were greeted by a cleaning lady who led us to the small lobby. Luca was not there but she called him and they kept our bags in the...
