Vacation house sleeps 6 in a three-room apartment on the ground floor of a residence with swimming pool located 10 meters from the beach, between San Foca and Torre Specchia Ruggeri, marine of Melendugno.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms, kitchenette with induction plate, electric stove, TV, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets, 2 safes.
The property has a laundry room available to guests. Pets are allowed.

Trilo Lux is a well-kept and well-finished apartment in detail, located on the ground floor of the property, in the large garden and is reached by crossing a pretty driveway.
The entrance is anticipated by an exclusive area, where you can have lunch and dinner outside and there is also a comfortable outdoor shower.
The interior is well finished, cozy and bright. You enter a large living room with an open kitchenette, dining room and 1 pull-out double sofa bed.
A corridor gives access to the sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms (one of which has a door giving outside access to the garden) and 2 full shower bathrooms. All 2 shower bathrooms are windowless.
The furniture of Trilo Lux is new and of excellent quality, with contemporary and refined lines.

Guests of the three-room apartment can enjoy all the shared facilities in the residence. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the green, surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, several relaxation areas, others dedicated to sports and nature.
The common areas for all guests inside the residence are the large garden with a bar area, showers, relaxation area, and recreation area with a beach tennis court and garden games such as checkers and chess at eye level, a relaxation area with a Jacuzzi and solarium, a pond, and a botanical trail.
There is a pool table and relaxing sofa corner in the lobby. Laundry is shared, in the basement of the facility, where there is a storage room for any beach equipment: use of the washing machine is charged. Private, reserved parking space is located next to the facility.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared and by fee launderette.
- Shared washing machine, Ping-Pong, Jacuzzi and beach tennis field.
- Bathrooms without windows.
