Bed linens and towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. The house is not equipped with tablecloths or tea towels. But you will find in the kitchen all the utensils you need to cook and eat.



Just a short walk from a gorgeous, sandy beach, this charming vacation home is in the heart of San Foca, which is a short drive from Torre dell’Orso on the Adriatic coast, and impresses guests with its spacious, relaxing outdoor area. The holiday home with a welcoming, cosy atmosphere consists of a dining room, a spacious kitchen with access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine and a television. Air conditioning is available in the living room. Prepare delicious meals to enjoy together on your spacious, partially-covered terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs and surrounded by a garden full of native plants and trees. On the other side of the house, you can start the day with a fresh cup of coffee in the outdoor lounge area and savor a glass of wine in the warm evenings. Due to its exceptional location, you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and gelaterias as well as the historic tower and promenade along the harbor within an 4-minute walk. Furthermore, the beautiful, sandy beach Spiaggia Le Fontanelle is only 450 m or a 6-minute walk away. Here you can sunbathe below the warm, Italian sky and refresh yourself in the Adriatic Sea.
