「Really nice place. Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view. My only gripe was you cannot turn the air temperature below 72 or the coils will freeze. They did provide a small fan and since it is the end of October it's not as hot as summer months. I would stay here again maybe just not in the summer months.」

「This was the perfect get away. In a quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to the beach in Melbourne and cocoa beach and with in ah hour or so from Orlando. Very spacious with all the amenities of a washer and dryer as well as plenty of towels, cookware, etc., made it even easier. The game and fitness rooms were big hits with the entire family. 「This a budget friendly place on right across the street from the beach. Crosswalks are available about a half block in each direction which are necessary most of the time to get across A1A. The setup is good for 2 people only. Did lack some things that would make it better. No couch to relax on. Limited towels we only had 3 for an entire week with no washer or dryer this is a stretch. No ice machine in the freezer, trays were available and you’re right next to a gas station so you can just...

「We loved this spot! Adorable and very clean little house with a well-kept yard and nice deck and grilling area out back to enjoy outdoor meals. The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. Very close to downtown Melbourne and a short drive to everything. Very comfortable all the way around and at such a great price! We would absolutely...

「It is directly on the ocean, the grounds are beautiful, but not very kept up, needs a re-fresh, I know the salt air does damage & its hard to keep up, but the whole place has an "I don't care " feel. The rooms are clean but dumpy. baseboards chipped, paint off the walls, very dated uncomfortable couch. The bed was suppose to be a queen size, it was not, it was a double, I would not have booked that room if I knew that. When I told the woman in the office she didn't seem to care. Dollar Tree...
