Please be aware that the local council enforces strict regulations regarding waste disposal. Kindly adhere to the following rules:
1. The red bin is for general waste only. All rubbish must be securely wrapped in bags before disposal.
2. The yellow bin is for recyclable materials only.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in fines of up to $500.

Please note that only registered guests are allowed to stay at or visit the premises. If you would like to invite any additional visitors, please notify the host in advance and obtain approval first. Unauthorised guests or visitors are not permitted. If unauthorised guests are found, the reservation may be cancelled, and additional penalties may apply if any community disturbance is reported.

Large numbers of visitors are not allowed. The maximum occupancy for this listing is 2 guests.

— Shared backyard —
Occasionally during your stay, our cleaner may access the backyard through the side garden to enter the storage cabin located in the corner of the backyard. They only need to collect cleaning-related items for the other rooms and will not enter your private space.

— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.

For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
