This place is in desperate need of maintenance and a serious overhaul/makeover. Unsafe balconies around multiple apartments not just this one, hole in the wall, silverfish in BR2, a hair dryer that shorts out, the washing machine is filthy and makes relatively clean clothes dirty, internet drops out, no free to air channels on TV and POC solution was "I don't know" when asked, musty damp smell, filthy underground parking (our car arrived clean and left dirty), blood stains on BR2 bed rails, rubbish under cabinets, dirty carpet ..............need any more?

Clean and spacious

Very clean, lots of room and a 15 minute walk to all the great restaurants on main street Mornington. We were a little worried about noise as Nepean Hwy was at the rear, but with windows closed it was very quiet. Will stay again!

Very Hot Temperature

Air conditioner is broken. Probably needs re-gassing. Being top floor the unit gets quite hot in 30 degree weather. The balcony door was locked and marked ‘closed for maintenance’ so we couldn’t get a good airflow to cool the unit. We noticed a couple of drops of blood on the sheet when we woke in the morning. And one of us had a been bitten by an insect. Overall, a nice clean unit.

Property was clean and easy to access. We stayed as a family of five and found a few things disappointing, Dinning table only has seats four people, Unable to get tv to work on normal channels, Very noisy over night being next to 7-11, Balcony was closed (this wasn’t communicated) No clothes airer or dryer meant no where to dry beach towels or washing. Internet was very slow and kept freezing. A few small changes could make this property much more comfortable.
