Located within 5 minutes drive of Mt Martha Village, South Beach and Safety Beach, with Martha Cove moorings beyond.

The space
Designed for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining, it features broad front decking, a private alfresco terrace with a BBQ overlooking a glass-walled swimming pool (solar heated) and gas heated spa serviced by a ground-floor spa bathroom. Featuring a contemporary open plan kitchen, sun drenched lounge room and 4 spacious bedrooms this modern coastal haven will delight at every turn.

In the evening, you can change the color of our 14.4M*4M pool using the remote.

Located within 5 minutes drive of The Pillars, South Beach and Safety Beach, with Martha Cove moorings beyond.

This home away from home has everything required to create an unforgettable holiday!

We also welcome corporate bookings please enquire for more details.

We strictly prohibit parties/events which means no loud music day or night and at 10pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours.

We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home, location and our entire stay! The Ocean Views, multiple Living spaces indoors and outdoors, the Spa, Pool, Activities, huge and well equipped kitchen were all wonderful. Perfect Easter Break

My sister and I stayed here with our families (5 members each) and we were super impressed with the size of the place to comfortably fit us all. Plus the the kids love the pool (spa) and the billards table. The views of the bay were amazing and sitting out on the balcony reading, eating and just enjoying the view was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place!

Short family break

We had a fun short family break at the house with our three teenage children and family dog. There was plenty of space throughout, large bedrooms and comfortable beds. We were never bored with table tennis, pool table, swimming pool and spa to keep us all entertained and of course there were those great views of the bay, particularly at sunset.

Something for everyone

This was the perfect house. Ideal for families with loads of room and amenities. The pool and spa are amazing and the view is gorgeous. The kids loved playing pool and table tennis - and of course the pool. We would definitely return to this place, it’s amazing!

Lovely break!

We enjoyed our stay at Oceanfront. Our host was very responsive and lovely. The property met our needs, however could do with a little tidy up and deep clean. Some of the furniture is tired, and no black out blinds in the bedrooms meant that sleep ins weren’t possible. The pool was exceptional!The view and location was brilliant

Really great house, well set up with great facilities, amazing views, great amenities. Only drawback is the quality of the A/C - which only affected us for one day out of our stay (because of the weather). That aside - would thoroughly recommend!

So big and so lovely!

Beautiful family beach house with so much to do. Loved the pool table and the pool and spa were divine. The best thing was the view! The owner was so lovely and easy to communicate with and we had a really nice couple of nights. Nothing was needed and we really enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

Mount Martha

Tina’s property worked so well for our family catch up in August. It was warm and cosy with incredible views. Even though it was winter the house provided plenty of activities for our grandchildren. Although we couldn’t walk to a beach it was only a five minute drive away. We hope to return again.

Spacious home with great views but with some set backs

We recently stayed at this holiday house and had a lovely time overall. The location was good, with beautiful views of the ocean, and Tina, the host, was incredibly accommodating—especially by allowing us to bring our pets, which we really appreciated.The house was spacious and easily fit our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Just a heads-up: there are quite a few stairs.There were a few downsides worth mentioning. Three of the bedrooms didn’t have proper blinds, which made for very early mornings. We also noticed mould in the showers and had a persistent issue with ants in the kitchen. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were not heated during our stay due to a broken system. Tina made genuine efforts to resolve it, but it couldn’t be fixed before we left.One concern we had was a security camera positioned in the BBQ area, which also overlooks the pool. While this may be for general security, it made us feel uncomfortable using the outdoor space freely.Tina kindly offered us a free night to return in a month as a goodwill gesture, which we appreciated, but due to living several hours away, it’s not practical for us.Overall, the home has great potential, especially with a few maintenance improvements.

Fantastic place for a short getaway

Beautiful house and a very thoughtful host with what they provided to make our stay enjoyable. The place was beautiful, and I cannot recommend highly enough. We will definitely be looking to visit there again in future.
