A cot and high chair are available to hire at the property by request if needed during your stay.

- Numbers of guest:
All guests staying at the property must be stated in the booking with details of legal names & ages. If you have any visitors during your stay, please let us know in advance.
- Pets:
The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property. Pet stay must be included in the booking.
- The heated pool:
Can be heated all year round. All guests are welcomed to use the private pool outdoor at the back yard and if you want to request hot water, please book at least 1 day in advance and there would be $100 fee per 2 days - Minimum 2 continuous days booking. The heating pump would run between 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

- Parties:
Any kinds of parties or events at this property is against Airbnb policy, our house rule, our insurance policy and the local law.
