Offering three lovely bedrooms (all with peaceful tree-top views) combined kitchen and living space and two upper level alfresco decks (one with a built in outdoor tv) this impressive home also presents a huge undercover entertaining space, outdoor shower and an incredible outdoor playground complete with a pirate tree house and sandpit.

The true magic however lies in the separate, self-contained studio/guest quarters independent of the main residence. Complete with kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry and with individual access from the ground level.
