Experience the serenity of 'Harmony Cottage' nestled by grazing horses and tranquil gardens. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of the country, at this charming retreat. Harmony Cottage is close to Mornington Peninsulas' famous beaches & wineries.

Set on 10 picturesque acres, guests can participate in enriching activities like meeting our rescued horses.

There are countless romantic award-wining wineries & restaurants to enjoy. There are stunning natural coastal walks and features in the area also.

Harmony Cottage @Wilindi Estate is a studio cottage, with its own private, fenced garden. Interiors have been curated with an eclectic mix of contemporary and antique farm furnishings. The cosy living area with garden views includes a well equipped kitchenette.

The pièce de résistance is the views of grazing horses, so close you can touch them. The garden also offers an outdoor barbecue and beautiful sunsets all year round.

Herd Harmony equine rescue operates from Wilindi Estate, your booking fees go toward the rescue and rehabilitation of neglected, abused and abandoned horses.....my herd says thank you for your support.

FUN FARM TOUR
Get close and personal with our rescue farm animals, you will be able to;
* Meet our horses & hear their rescue stories
* Meet or newest residents Wilbur the PIG & Tim and Tam our goats
* Groom a pony & learn about their care
* Lead Bunny & Valentine, our adorable mini ponies, through an obstacle course
* Collect our chickens eggs (and keep them!)

For a small donation to Herd Harmony Equine Rescue, you and your children will share unforgettable memories.

COOKING FACILITIES
Due to council restriction we do not have built-in cooking facilities, but we do have alternatives for any meal you are planning to cook!

• Webber BBQ
• Toaster
• Induction Electric hob
• Microwave

The shared pool is such a special place and is solar heated all-year-round. If the outside temperature is below 25 or there hasn't been allot of sun, solar heating is usually not enough for a comfortable swim. We can use the electrical heating and the additional charge is $30 per day to guarantee a heated pool from 26-32 degrees. If this sounds like something you'd like, please book at least 7 days in advance as the heating will de turned on 48 hours before your arrival.

Tyabb is famous for its antique stores and the friendly disposition of its residents! We have a train station, a licensed IGA Supermarket, pharmacy and beauty salons.

Mornington Peninsula is famous for its countless pristine beaches, wineries, fine food and golf courses.

Additionally there are multiple family activities including adventure parks, petting zoo, bush walks, dolphin experiences...... just to name a few!

Enjoy our world class restaurants and have a romantic meal or cellar door experience in one of Mornington Peninsulas famous wineries.

Alternatively, stay on the farm where you and your children can participate in an enriching activity like meeting our rescued horses, which can be groomed and fed. Equine trust training can be viewed and booked by appointment on the property with @ Herd Harmony & Wilindi Estate.

WEDDING PARTIES, PHOTOGRAPHY, EXTRA VISITORS:

We enjoy hosting brides-to-be and love the photos that are taken, but there are some things to note;

• Use of our property for wedding photos or any photo shoots costs $150 for up to 2 hours

• There are a maximum of 10 additional visitors allowed including photographer, hair/makeup, videographer

• Guests names and vehicle license plates must be registered with Wilindi Estate owner via email

• There are 3 additional cars allowed on the property only

• Extra guests must ask permission to use the facilities including, but not limited to, pool, play equipment, barn

• Extra guests are not allowed to interact with the animals

• The booked guest is responsible for their additional guests and will be responsible for any damage caused.

• Extra rubbish generated (wrapping paper/boxes) must be removed from the property by the booked guest
