THIS MODERN COZY HOME fits 9 people comfortably. Located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood just 7-10 minutes to Downtown Melbourne, Shopping Mall, Museum, Restaurants, close to Melbourne beach. The beautiful home contains 3 queen sized beds, 2 twin sized beds and a daybed in one of the TWO living rooms in the house.
The house is stocked full of ALL amenities you may need for your trip, so all you need to focus on is relaxing!
It is newly furnished and brand new! You can expect:
- Full array of kitchen utensils
- Spare blankets and pillows in every room
- Toiletries provided: Pantene Shampoo + Conditioner & Olay body wash
- High-quality linens (bleached and cleaned between every guest), and hotel-quality towels.

This is a single level home with no stairs. It includes 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is an open kitchen, kitchen island with equipment and utensils to cook your meals at home. The huge living rooms with beautiful new large couches, daybed and TV for movie nights!
All rooms include closets + hangers, over the ceiling fans & light, quality mattresses + pillows.

THIS PROPERTY IS NON SMOKING. NO PARTIES/ EVENTS ALLOWED.
- Early check-ins (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host. Official check-in time is 4 pm.
- Late check-out (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host. Official check-out time is 11 am.
- BBQ GRILL is FREE of charge. Guests will be responsible for obtaining their own propane. If there is still propane left on your arrival, feel free to use it, otherwise you will have to make a trip to the store to exchange the propane tank. There are Walgreens, Wawa, Lowes, Circle K, Chevron nearby for you to swap the propane tanks.
- LAWN TEAM may come during your stay for cutting the grass and bush outside.
- PETS are allowed. We are a pet friendly home and charge $35 per pet/whole trip for a cleaning fee.
* Please don’t bring PETs to the property without being listed on the reservation.
* If you have PETs: Pets are not allowed to go to the beds/couches.
* Please take care of your pets and don’t use our TOWELS for pets.
* Please clean after your pets and make sure they don’t damage our property, furnitures.
- AIR CONDITIONING:
A/C temperatures set between 72ºF-78ºF and set to Auto/Cool position. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit. Please ENSURE all doors and windows remain shut for equipment to function properly.
- SECURITY CAMERAS
There is a security Ring camera at the front exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside of the home or the pool area to ensure your privacy.
- HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the house. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
- TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the trash can outside daily to keep a clean home.
