A portacot and high chair are available to hire at the house for use if needed during your stay.

$25 per pet fee

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
We do not accept schoolies bookings

Bond:
If you do not have any existing 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $400.
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1000.

Bookings:
Standard check-in: 3pm
Standard check-out: 10am
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.
Base price is for 2 guests and increases $20 per person per night after

This Townhouse is opposite the beach so you can leave the car at home.

Capel Sound and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.

There is something for everyone to so all year around and is the perfect short or long stay holiday destination.
