Carpet in hall was filthy on our floor. There was bagged trash on the floor in hallway on our floor. Check in clerk was rude, and was not at the desk when I arrived. Bedside lamp barely hanging on with black electrical tape. Ceiling in one room was peeling, phone was missing buttons.

Air conditioner falling off and cracked, cords of lamps were duck taped together, curtains could not be opened smoothly, elevator was jumpy and not smooth, dirt in corners, broken outlets in the room. Kinda ghetto for the price, but at least I slept well.

Clean and comfortable. Great value for the area. They did offer a hot breakfast with eggs and waffles, etc. That was not for me but I did appreciate the whole fruit and coffee.

Worse hotel I ever stayed at in Florida. They had one staff member at front desk while, resulting in a 20-30 minute wait to check in. Floors have not been vacuumed for weeks. Elevator would fail safety inspection, violently lurches between floors. The absolute worse.

I would not recommend this hotel. Rooms are not clean or well maintained. The cost was extremely high for a hotel at this level. Could not use shower or tub first day as it had a large patch (3 foot long), that was ripping up with sharp edges showing. You could see the holes and damage to the tub through the patch. They had no other rooms. Talk to manager, Maria next day who was rude when I requested the room be discounted. Told me that would not happen. Maintenance changed the patch the 2nd day. Bath tub was gross with dirt ring around it. The shelf holding the towels was also dirty. I had to call corporate. On check out day I was told I’d get a 70.00 credit for my first night. 187.00 per night. I’m certain it’s due to the call at corporate. Again, high gist for what you get at this hotel.
Dirty shelf that was sticky. Did not notice until towels were removed.
Tub patch covering holes and damage.
Rub patch was exposed

The rooms are old everything. Nice big rooms but in need of updating. Our AC unit wets the floor giving the room a quaint musty smell. There are zero USB sockets but ample power outlets. The rooms are cleaned every 3rd day but towels every day. I have stayed at better Super 8’s.

The staff was great. The building itself needs major help. First room had mold, kindly switched us to another room....smelled of sewer! Third room, ceiling was peeling and the a/c blew ceiling dust over everything. The bed, dresser, everywhere.

Hotel was old and dinghy. Food all over the floor in elevator, black mold in bathroom (dangerous to our health) and the staff was pretty much non existent. Even linens were old and then, towels were horrible. Lamps were falling apart as well as no outlets in the room, found one inside room door. This place should be condemned. Very disappointed.

This property should be condemned. I booked a handicap room and what we received was two full-size beds in a very cramped room that my walker wouldn’t even get around and a bathtub with no bars on it to hang onto in which I fell getting in one day, the ceiling was deteriorating and falling on the floor and on top of the beds. We have pictures of everything to show you. The back door to the back parking lot had been broken for three nights straight and no signage at all was posted about it. When brought to the attention of the front desk, they just said oh yeah it’s broken. The whole time we were there we did not have our sheets changed not once however we did have some clean towels delivered. We finally came upon a friendly employee this morning, March 3 as we were checking out. He was absolutely the best! All the rest of your employees need to take a customer service class. I will never stay again in a La Quinta Inn. I do feel that we need to physically talk to somebody about this horrible stay… All they could keep saying was they couldn’t wait for April for the remodel. This place does not need a remodel. It needs to be tore down and rebuilt.
This is part of the ceiling that was coming down on top of us. We have many more pictures just please give me a call. 714-356-8596.
