This place is awesome for a large group. My third time here with my baseball team and it is everything we need. Highly recommend and a great location. Pool is great. Lots of space and parking.

The place was very nice and had fantastic time by the pool. The AC wasn’t the best but I also run hot by nature. It worth paying for the hot tub. It heats up nicely.

Melbourne golf trip

Everything was great, this is our third time here with 12 guys for a golf trip. Great accommodations and pool area. Andrew the property manager was great. Highly recommend this place!

We stayed in such a lovely home -there was room for all of us to gather together and still have room when we needed some space. The pool was amazing, large table for dinners together after grilling out, separate big bunk room for kids with TV, big kitchen to move around in, beautiful tiled bathrooms. Everything was so lovely and we made wonderful memories.

Loved the property, 2nd year we stayed here. 12 guys on a golf trip, plenty of room, nice pool area. Had everything we needed. Andy (property manager) was available and accommodating. plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend staying at this property

Guys golf trip

Absolutely loved it, 12 guys on a golf trip, plenty of room. The bunk room is a great additional area for extra people. Andy the property manager was there for everything we needed. Well appropriated, great time, thanks Andy and VRBO.

Wedding Weekend

We loved our space, lots of bedrooms with all King size beds. They were very comfortable with nice linens. Lots of comfortable setting in the kitchen and living area. They even allowed us an early check in and a late check out which worked so great with our wedding weekend activities!

Great house for a group!

We loved it so much we never really left! The pool was the perfect hang out for all of us! Grocery store and anything you need is a short drive away. Planned to go to Kennedy dove center and the beach but just enjoyed relaxing instead! Thank you for a great getaway! We will definitely check availability next time we head that way!

Great Family Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We had 16 members of our family stay in the home. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the home. We loved the pool and spa and spent hours playing and having fun. The home was clean, comfy beds, great neighborhood and location. We are returning next summer!!!

Excellent place for larger groups

We really liked the place overall. Has plenty of room for everyone; Screened in pool is very handy. It's an older place with no yard to speak of outside a small firepit area but the inside has been fully redone and is practical and nice. Would have liked a little but more comfortable mattress is my only real negative; It was firm for me. We would stay there again for sure.

Group Stay

This house in Melbourne was perfect for our group. The host and property manager were great to work with and helped accommodate our large group. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms, a large kitchen and eating area, a great pool and outdoor area. It was perfect of us. Just a short drive to the beach and a large driveway for multiple cars, this place had everything we needed. We would definitely book this place again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!
