Set in a quiet street in the sought-after Tyrone foreshore area of Rye, this home sits slightly elevated and is surrounded by pretty gardens. Only a short stroll to the beautiful Tyrone beach and foreshore, which offers great restaurants, cafes, shops, a playground and picnic areas and a fantastic swimming beach for the whole family!
From this location it's a leisurely stroll to Blairgowrie Village or the bustling beachside shops of Rye. Or jump in the car for a short trip to world-class golf courses, wineries, surf beaches, the Hot Springs and an endless list of attractions that the Mornington Peninsula offers!

With hardwood floors throughout and plenty of natural light, the first living area features a wood fireplace, and bi-fold doors opening to the front deck overlooking the Moondah trees. The kitchen and 2nd living area open on to a large rear deck ideal for entertaining or simply enjoying a book in the tranquil surrounds.
Additional features include ducted heating and cooling, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and bathrooms equipped with body wash, shampoo and conditioner for guests to use.
There is also a double carport with onsite parking for 3-4 cars or a boat.
