The extension boasts a warm wood fireplace, a chic bar, and a lavish master suite with a private ensuite. You'll also find a stylish family bathroom and a fun-filled games room, perfect for entertaining guests of all ages.

The main living area is filled with light with floor to ceiling windows that look out to the back yard while sitting around the cosy wood fireplace and air conditioning to ensure your comfort all year round.

Fully equipped country-style kitchen and dining table for eight people.

Master bedroom: King bed and ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed and air conditioning
Bedroom 4: Two single bunks and air conditioning
Bedroom 5: Office with fold out single sofa bed

There is a dedicated office space with fold-out sofa bed plus games room with ping pong table and Foosball.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

Please be aware that the Mornington Peninsula council have a strict no party policy, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm our guests need to move inside to abide by council law.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Well behaved pets welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
