「Place was clean. Accurate description on listing. Had to buy a dish towel, none provided even though there was a full kitchen. Comfortable bed. There was a broom but no dust pan. One cup coffee machine. Tight parking spot. Quiet spot. 」

「Our only suggestion would be to change the tv bracket so that the tv will descend should cardio fit up in bed and lie down to watch. Need a different foot stopper in bathroom as door lock hits wall and is damaging wallad nagging wall」

「First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here.」

「What we really enjoyed was being right across from the Ocean. Also being within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. This was or third time staying here and we will be back. Also very caring property managers!」
