「Our room was clean and cozy. The staff was all super friendly and welcoming. Love that it’s a family owned hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Super fresh every morning. We would look forward to waking up to eat the breakfast. There was parking available which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend staying here. If I ever come back to Naxos I will be staying with Grotta hotel.」

「The breakfast was good. The reception people were nice. The shower was just a handheld sprayer. The hotel itself was cute with the Cycladic style.」

「The location was right in front of the beach and walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants. This place was so accommodating and we loved our view.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site was really good.」

「The staff was always very nice, and helpful. The place was cleaned everyday even our room was tittied up daily. It was nice they had parking for our car onsite most places don't have there own parking you have to find Municipal parking. The place was very quiet and the views were wonderful with a couple minute walk to the port area and main boardwalk. Would definitely return.」

「I had a wonderful stay at Cyano. The room was beautiful and spacious with fantastic views. The breakfast was wonderful. I will stay here again when I return. I highly recommend this property!」

「Absolutely lovely hotel staff & service was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good & very good quality. It’s a 10 minute walk from the seafront, port & main areas but it’s a nice walk. The only downside is lack of hanging space our bathroom was slightly dated but still lovely & spotless & there is a charge for the hot tub I understand having a booking system but not to charge. Overall this is a hidden gem with beautiful staff I’d definitely stay again and recommend...

「This hotel was the perfect location if you want restaurants, shopping, and enjoy being close to the beach! The breakfast was amazing every single day and staff was incredible. The room was stocked with amenities, and beautiful! I would stay here every time I come back to the Island! We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night!」

「The hotel locates in Naxos town where you can take a walk in old market for souvenir shopping or seeing a beautiful sunset at the terrace bar. It's convenient that ferry port and bus station are walking distance. Hotel staffs are very friendly and you will feel you are welcomed. In addition to water bottle, we found bottle of white wine in the room to enjoy the evening in the room. Though the hotel is in the area of shops and restaurants, we spent quiet night」
