Would strongly advise looking elsewhere are you can find better and lower cost rooms at several hotels in the area. "

So I was hit with a higher rate, despite the hotel seeing my reservation. I was also disappointed in having to pay a parking fee. Other than that it's a nice hotel, good location."

Breakfast was great - could choose healthy free continental or more hearty paid menu. We loved that they had free bikes, free latte/breakfast option and free valet parking. No nickel and diming. "

"Average all around. Check-in was bad because a guest was cussing someone out down at the end of the rooms. I tried to call the front desk twice about this, but they never answered the phone. Police were called by someone, though, and responded quickly. We wanted a second floor room but were told the king kitchenette wouldn’t be ready for 40 more minutes even though it was 4:10 pm. My opinion is that all the rooms should be ready by the 4 PM check-in time. We downgraded to a standard room so that we could get off the bottom floor and not have to wait 40 minutes. Front desk clerk was friendly, but we saw no one there for backup. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was adequate."
