「Nice cabin, but the area is what is most impressive. It was quiet and beautiful. The hosts were very helpful, check in/out was easy. The cabin is a bit rustic, but comfortable. Guests should be aware the bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom.」

「We loved the serene area of where the home was located, just off Rabbit Ears Pass. It was tucked away/cozy in the aspens with a nice deck to enjoy the outdoor space. However, the outdoor space could use some updating like sanding the deck/new patio furniture and maybe an umbrella/shade. We would have liked to spend more time out there, but when we went the weather was very warm so the direct sun moved us back indoors. The layout of the home with beds/rooms and 3 bathrooms w showers, offers...

「Cabin needs mouse control and floor repair and longer shower curtain. Location is great. Caught 5 fish in an hour by the cabin. 4 Brook, 1 rainbow. All released. Saw 73 species of birds in the area.」

「My two adult sons and son-in-law, and I stayed at this beautiful location where fly fishing, hiking, rest and relaxation were our top priorities. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. There was no need to leave the property to find something to do or just to rest and relax, however Multiple options for outdoor entertainment were within a very short drive distance from this location. The owner John is wonderful and a great host.」

「We stayed at the river house. The cabin was very nice! We did have a microwave, coffee maker and k cup machine which I did not see on the listing but was nice to have! There was not a washer or dryer at the cabin. We enjoyed the outdoor areas though there were a lot of mosquitos during our stay. We reached out to the property manager who was very nice though we were confused because some of the numbers in the manual were wrong numbers. Overall nice place to stay and felt very roomy.」

「We liked the cabin. It was clean and nice. Only downside was the internet. I wanted to work in the evenings and usually couldn’t get a good connection until about 9:30 at night. 」

「We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin is very spacious, and we could spread out. We loved playing games together and cooking smores over the campfire. The dumpster was close so we could dispose of our trash easily. The beds were so comfortable, and we could hear the roar of the river which was very cool for this Kansas family. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners. We will definitely stay there again!」

「Purpose of our stay was the Meeker Sheepdog Trials. Our location was perfect, the cleanliness of our cabin was perfect, the amenities in the cabin were perfect. My daughter and I were overjoyed with the entire experience. We hope to return for the 2025 trials. Many thanks to this unique and perfect facility.」
