Villa Emilia- beautiful luxury villa in a quiet location in the tourist town of Medulin. The villa is located in a quiet street surrounded by greenery and villas. The distance from the Medulin promenade is about 2 kilometers. Spacious villa features 3 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. The special feature of this villa is the feeling of luxury and a dose of extravagance that run through the whole house. The pool is heated as needed (extra charge). The ground floor of the villa has a living room, kitchen and dining room, bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and terraces and a beautiful pool. Around the house there is a fenced beautiful garden with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The parking lot is fenced and opens remotely. All beds in the house are size 200x180cm for complete comfort.
The villa does not accept groups of young people and parties are prohibited.
