Gorgeous home in Pula

The beautiful Villa Manuela is located in the charming fishing village of Banjole, just a stone's throw from some of the most beautiful beaches in Istria and in the immediate vicinity of Pula. Modern design is elegant and minimalist but with a casual inside-out feel. At the heart of the house is a tastefully decorated, spacious room divided into an intimate lounge, kitchen and dining area. Three delightful bedrooms (two with flat screen TVs and three with exquisitely appointed bathrooms) add to the relaxed and intimate atmosphere.

The hydromassage pool with cozy loungers where you can relax with a good novel and an ice-cold drink is particularly inviting during hot summer months. To enjoy long, cozy evenings with a pleasant sea breeze, there is a covered summer dining area with barbecue next to the pool.

Another outdoor terrace is located at the back of the garden and is ideal for lazy afternoons in the shade.Villa Manuela is located in a small vacation village Banjole, just a short walk from the beach. The sea is undoubtedly the main attraction in this corner of paradise. The small fishing village of Banjole is located on a small peninsula with a naturally protected harbor, the perfect place to enjoy the sea for sailing and fishing enthusiasts. There are no traffic jams or large hotel complexes here and yet you will find everything you need. If you like sports, you can choose between many sports activities. The Istrian peninsula is home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe - Brijuni. Only 10 minutes boat ride away, departing from the beautiful fishing village of Fazana, only 15 kilometers from the villa.

Pula, the largest city in Istria, only 6 kilometers from the villa is world famous for its breathtaking Colosseum, an ancient amphitheater built during the 1st century, during the reign of the Roman Emperor Vespansian. The unspoiled nature of the protected Cape Kamenjak Park is also nearby (9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with a total of 30 km of indented coastline). Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, which is well known in this part of Europe. Homemade Istrian prosciutto (pr?ut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuzi) are just some of the many delicious gastronomic pleasures.
