Premantura is surrounded by the sea on three sides and is a popular vacation destination for all windsurfing and kayaking enthusiasts. Those looking for a more active vacation can also enjoy tennis, mini golf and a boules court. Cape Kamenjak is a nature reserve that offers beautiful views, crystal clear turquoise sea and 530 plant species, some of which are endemic. Building on the cape is prohibited and the best way to explore Kamenjak is by bike.
Pula is the largest port and tourist hub in Istria. Rich in cultural and traditional aspects but also due to the beautiful natural landscape, Pula offers all kinds of leisure activities such as sports facilities, night club, casino, pubs and restaurants as well as organized tours. The symbol of this city is definitely the twenty centuries old city arena, where spectacular gladiator fights took place in Roman times.
