These two holiday apartments enjoy a quiet location in a private house, just 700 metres from the sea and the beach promenade.
Each apartment has its own furnished terrace with a private grill area. There is a car parking space right in front of the house.
The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, wireless Internet access and air conditioning. The air conditioning unit is in the living room and is powerful enough to cool the whole apartment. The free Internet connection also works outside on the terrace. The washing machine, which all guests can use free of charge, is about 10 metres away in the owner’s house.
It is just 200 metres to the centre with banks, shopping facilities and public parking spaces, and the same distance to a bus stop. The motorway and airport are just 6 and 8km away. It is a leisurely 10 to 15-minue walk to the beach promenade, with many restaurants, bars, cafés, small souvenir shops, a disco etc.
This 60 m² apartment can accommodate five people. The comfortable bedroom has a double bed and a single bed (180 x 200 and 90 x 200 cm). Two additional single beds (90 x 200 cm) are located in the adjacent room, where the kitchen is separated by a small wall and is equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the cozy dining room. The tiled bathroom has a shower, toilet and hairdryer. The living room has a seating area with a sofa and armchair, as well as a dining area.
