"The hallway carpet was stained, hallway was dark and walls and doors were really banged up. The shuttle driver finally picked us up after we waited for 90 minutes at the designated spot. He then copped a major attitude and would not help unload the van at the hotel. The desk and bar and restaurant staff were nice and friendly."

"This is not the hotel that is right off the airport terminal but the shuttle does make it easy and convenient when arriving and departing from FCO. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff provided excellent and pleasant service. For the most part, the food at the restaurant was well prepared. The one disappointment was how Hilton chose to cheap out and Americanize the breakfast which we still paid for. It was not a free continental breakfast and I have to say after some really great continental breakfasts throughout our stay in Italy the biggest disappointment was the reconstituted powdered scrambled eggs. Hilton, on this point you need to do better. If Italian hotels and b&bs can do a better continental breakfast, I don't see why you can't either. Fewer options and better quality would not be an issue for us."

"A well positioned property but the room we had was rather cramped / small. The facilities were good although the property (check in) would benefit from better signage as the layout could be confusing. I suggest a map on check in, or better signage around the various building layouts and levels to which the lifts could go."
