"This was an impressive hotel in the way it was built and maintained. But, I stayed in many hotels that were as impressive in these dimensions. What differentiated AKRA in a very significant way from others was the quality of its service and the way hotel staff strove to meet and exceed their customers' needs, small and large. I was delighted with the way the young concierge helped me to find a medicine, I was thrilled when the room service operator asked me how happy I was with the food, I was very pleasantly surprised when the vale helped us to load my luggage into my friends car by rearranging all that was already in the trunk, spending time for all of this with a pleasant smile on his face. These are not acts of kindness that one should take for granted. They are examples of an extraordinary focus on customer delight, and for that, I thank hotel Akra and wish them continuous success.
