"Location was excellent, only a 3 minute drive to the entrance of RMNP. However, after hiking all day without cell service to check email, the kiosk for the check in progress was a bit aggravating. You needed a reservation number to check in, so without it you had to entered all your information onto a screen. I was already prepaid but it needed a credit card for incidentals, and your personal info.
I did call to ask for assistance, and she was very friendly.
In my experience traveling I would have preferred a friendly face at a front desk instead of a 20 minute check in process. Aside from that the motel room was very clean and updated. It had a comfortable bed and was quiet."
