「Space is sufficient for a family of three and our dog. Condo was a little difficult to find as the entrance to the unit was downstairs (ground floor from the back, but downstairs from the front). 」

「We made a quick trip to Grand Lake and truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was close to everything but also tucked behind the main store front so it was nice and quiet in the evening. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get.」

「Check in was easy, location of apartment was good. A few major things need serious updating to be a 5 star. Paint was very rundown- especially in the bathroom- bathroom ceiling needs a deep cleaning. To be honest, this was more of a 3.5 stars. Bed/mattress and sheets were very concerning. Polyester sheets made sleeping extremely hot, mattress was the worst I’ve slept on in memory. So soft that me and my partner basically sank into a hole in the middle every night. I appreciate the trendy decor...
