Great location

Adequate size for four adults. Great location near ski area. Beds were very comfortable. A little confusing finding door to the unit. Park at end of lot, then follow sidewalk in between condos, then take sidewalk to left, not straight.

Perfect Spot for a short getaway

Cute little condo, nestled next to the mountain. Gondola square is right down the street and the bus stop is just on the other side of the parking area, which was perfect to allow us to wander Steamboat and the surrounding area without feeling like we needed to keep track of where the vehicles were parked or for how long.

Lovely Visit to Steamboat

We brought our two grandsons to Steamboat from the heat of Denver for a couple of days and it was a delightful visit. The location of the condo was excellent, close to the gondola and the Botanic Gardens. Downtown was less than a 5 minute drive. Alex made checkin and checkout very easy, and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It was a pleasant place to park ourselves, especially important because we had a rainy afternoon and it was very relaxing.

Great spot, once we got there.

Very much enjoyed our stay. It would be good to know when arriving, that the green and orange line city shuttles, provide service to this condominium, Shadow Run, and to the base Gondola, every 20 min. Red line takes you into town, from gondola. After 6:30, the Main line, shuttle goes to condos, downtown, and gondola’s until 12:15 am, every 30 min.

Older but comfy

The property is older but has everything we needed- I let the owner know the main bath needed grout/caulk in the shower. Hopefully that is fixed now. Decorated for comfort, views of the slopes and easy bus ride to ski!
