Located in the best area of ​​Medellin. This modern loft features, a queen size bed, a welcoming living room and a beautiful balcony. Ideal for business trips, families and small groups of friends who want to stay in a modern apartment with a great location. You will be walking distance to typical Colombian and international food restaurants, supermarkets, local art galleries, bars and cafes in the city.



The Space:

Modern building in the best neighborhood, Laureles-Medellín. This loft is ready to fulfill all your needs, having a queeen bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hangers, iron, among other amenities that you will love.



Our rooftop terrace is currently undergoing renovations to make it even better for future stays. While we work on these improvements, the terrace will not be accessible. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait for you to enjoy the upgraded space soon!

Self check-in. Elevator available. 9th floor.



The Neighborhood:

Laureles is the main touristic district of Medellin and with its great restaurants, shops and cafes is the perfect place to begin your Colombian adventure, you won't regret it.



Getting Around:

We recommend using UBER to move around.

Great location but noisy

The unit itself is very nice. As pictured, its an indistrial style loft. However, the bathroom sink looks like its half done. Its an iron mesh counter. Also, the unit is very loud because it has an opening under one of the windows that is aopen to the outside. And it faced a busy street. Also, the unit had a small cockroach issue.
