The check-in process was good. However, when we arrived, the room had not been properly cleaned. The shower was dirty, the sheets had not been changed, and the trash had not been removed. We contacted the host, and the following day, the housekeeper came and cleaned the room. The next issue occurred on Sunday, the day after we checked in. The PIN for our door stopped working. I messaged the host through Expedia, which was our usual method of communication, but received no response. We went out and hoped that by the time we returned, the issue would have been resolved. Unfortunately, when we came back, the PIN still wasn't working, and we were locked outside for quite some time. We repeatedly messaged the host but received no response. We then contacted Expedia, and they also attempted to reach the host but were unsuccessful. After waiting for a while with no solution, we started considering booking somewhere else because we obviously couldn't stay outside for the night. While we were looking for another place to stay, a gentleman arrived who was also attempting to check in. We explained that our PIN wasn't working and that we had been unable to reach the host. He gave us another contact number for the host, and thankfully, we were eventually able to regain access. Aside from these issues, the location of the property was good, and we felt safe in the area.

ein typ war jeden tag von morgens bid abends so laut sei es mit musik, filme schauen oder generell durch schreien und telefonate. die erste "wohnung" war dreckig, lauter haare, benutzte zahnseide und das badezimmer war für kleine kinder nicht sicher! an tag 1 gab es kein internet, herd hat nicht funktioniert und es gab bereits einen kleinen ersatz der viel zu gefährlich ear zum kochen. wurde dann 2 mal ausgetauscht und waren dennoch kaputt. man hat uns dann in ein anderes zimmer geschickt. besser aber nur 1 herdplatte hat wirklich gut funktioniert. zustand der möbel ist nur "naja" und sachen sollten dringends mal erneuert werden. lage war jedoch gut und nah an einkaufzentren, supermärkte und bussen. aber für das geld definitiv NICHT wert und viel zu teuer !!!
