The building has a paid washer and dryer, and the apartment also has a free-to-use washer. It is located on the ground floor. We have motorcycle parking available, which must be requested in advance. For monthly reservations, there is a monthly utility bill of COP 250,000 (epm) per month (gas, water, electricity, sewage). Anything exceeding this amount must be paid by the guest.
