Very old, fans don't work, shower heads need to be changed, the shower is clogged and starts to overflow And parking is terrible. Its ok i guess for an emergency stay. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

First room right before going to bed I saw 2 bed bugs walking next to the headboard, went to the front desk and told them about the issue. Was moved to another room in a higher floor, no live bed bugs but I did see at least 4 dead ones close to the bed.

The place was extremely hot with a window that opens half way. I had a headache and nausea due to this. No hot water. I found a large roach walking near my luggage. I just would not recommend. I booked for one week I only ended up staying 2 days. I also did not receive any refund from the hotel.

Pésimo servicio en el área administrativa. Cobraron tres tarifas diferentes . Una completa desorganización de este hotel. El servicio de restaurante terrible , mesas sucias y atenciones con tiempos mayores a 30 minutos. No lo recomiendo.

Nos gusto muchísimo la ubicación del hotel, el desayuno era muy bueno me entanto la oportunidad de poder variar el desayuno por 1000 pesos o 2000 pesos por persona dependiendo lo que pidieras. La zona en donde esta ubicado es una zona segura, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero si buscas solo donde dormir estar bien por un precio extra puedes tener aire acondicionado. El Internet muy bueno nunca tuvimos problema y la señora de la recepción fue súper amable el día que llegamos, nos explico todo muy bien. Lo único es que hay un poco de ruido por los camiones. Pero un hotel que recomiendo.

Solo había un ventilador y el calor en el cuarto era horroroso. Deberían invertir en aires acondicionados ya que es una hermosa propiedad y el servicio de los empleados excelente
