Great customer service, the hotel is under construction at this time, but the hours are 9am-5pm so it doesn't interfere with sleep. It is right in the Provenza passage to all the clubs and restaurants.

The hotel is nice, the breakfast was very limited but good. They almost charged me for the bedsheets because I threw up on them the morning before check out 😕.

I have to say that this property was on a great location management and staff very helpful with everything very clean walking distance to any restaurant and four minutes or five walking distance to the mall. Everything was good in the middle of the action in provenza room amenities like towels need an update, you only get 2 per room people are nice, heard housekeeping boss yelling at their employees breakfast ia basic but good! Not luxury just convenience

If you're a light sleeper then this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, if you came to party in Medellin then this will suit anyone fine. The prices they charge seem to vary wildly depending on the season but that's Poblado I guess. I personally don't think their high season prices are worth the accommodations on the premises. They will charge you roughly $35 dollars if you bring in a guest.

Hotel is in a great area next to a night life and plenty of restaurants. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the metro. Room is clean with really hot water in the shower. Friendly and helpful staff. If you are on the street side it can be loud at night. But it did not bother me

SO LOUD!!!

The street is so loud at night and the building isn't made to insulate it out. It was loud until about 4am. Then the cleaning crew started around 7am and they like yelling to each other and laughing so loud that you can't sleep. The rest of the stuff is secondary. The front desk rry their best in a very tough situation.
