This was a good hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and informative if you had questions. Also it was in a great location. I have no complaints about this hotel. The hotel was close to the Provenza area so you have lots of restaurants, bars, shops in direct neighborhood.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

Great hotel! It’s located just below Provenza, but you can’t hear any of the outside noise, which is perfect. The rooms are clean and beautiful, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They even stored our drinks for us so we could always grab a cold one whenever we were heading out or coming back. We didn’t get a chance to try the jacuzzi, but I’ll definitely stay here again and check it out next time!

Loved this hotel. The staff were so helpful and kind. The room and common areas were clean and always well kept. When booking I didn’t realize how conveniently located it was. When I say it is in the middle of everything, it is in the middle of everything. All the restaurants, clubs, stores… they are all at your doorsteps. I wasn’t even concerned about safety but every night we stepped out there were droves of officers patrolling, oh, in the day too. Just community policing. It is literally a gem. For such a well populated area, there was almost no traffic either. The area felt like Manhattan, like late 2000’s New York.

This hotel is the perfect hotel for an exciting Medellin experience. It is steps away from several food spots and the Provenza strip with all the night clubs and rooftop bars. The rooms were clean, bathrooms had great water pressure and temps, and house keeping were efficient. The staff was amazing, shout out to Elias, you’re the man. Very attentive and caring person and I hope to stay in his care again! 10/10 experience.

I went for my boyfriend’s birthday. The first room we had was a jacuzzi room. Right next to the reception desk. Tiny tiny room with a full size (they call a queen) bed. The sliding door didn’t lock so they upgraded us to another room. So much better. Two beds this time with two different types of mattresses. We asked if they could change the second bed as we each slept on one full size bed. They came in and put the two beds together and made one big bed. Better but not perfect. Power went out a few times while our stay. We just left and walked around the neighborhood. Jacuzzi was nice with a nice view. We also paid for breakfast daily. We only ate one time. Only eggs and fruit and 2 tiny rolls was on of the 3 options. The other option was cereal and then there was one more option which I can’t remember. No meat or potatoes. Didn’t offer a menu if we’d wish to purchase something else. The juice provided had ants inside of the dispenser. I’d skip breakfast. Not too sure if it was premade eggs and they warmed it up on the hot plate behind the bar. On a different day, we tried to go enjoy a drink and possibly food upstairs. But they said it was closed. Not too sure if it was the time of the day (2pm) or it was closed that day. Front desk always seemed to stop their conversations as so as we walked by. Like an awkward stop. But overall the hotel was ok. You get what you paid for. Oh and housekeeping was on it. No matter what time of the day we left, it would get done.
