Very heavy Pollution. The hotel is close to metro, street food and small grocery stores, most of them do not accept credit card, only cash. For the price it's good place to stay, nice staff

Hotel pricing was what I was looking for. However I did have some inconveniences that were addressed by the staff. Area surrounding the hotel was not the best.

All the staff are really nice and super helpful. I would definately recomend this hotel. They also have 24 hour security which is also very good.

Close to the Center of the city with access to the Metro train to take you anywhere. Just about 3-4 blocks away. The hotel itself is small with limited amenities but if all you need is a place to sleep and shower, no doubt about this place. Wifi works. Laundry is limited. No dryer, must air dry. So if no sun, drying takes longer.

The hotel is located in one of the most dangerous areas of the city - there are a lot of homeless people here at night. You can only leave the hotel at night by taxi! There is a restaurant in the hotel that is very loud, which makes it difficult to sleep. The guests, mostly locals, have little consideration for other people and talk loudly on their phone after midnight. It is very noisy in the hotel because the hotel is on a busy road and the particulate matter pollution is very high, which is also too loud to sleep. The mattresses are wrapped in plastic, which means they constantly sweat. I do not recommend the hotel.

einen Hotelgast in einem unnötig scharfen Ton zu sagen ! er habe nur ein Einzelzimmer gebucht !! um eine Transperson abzuweisen ist nicht OK- es ist mir klar ! das ich nur ein Einzelzimmer bezahlt habe- ich hätte gerne einen Aufpreis für die Transperson bezahlt ! für diese eine Nacht ! Transpersonen sind auch Menschen. Es handelt sich um eine Diskriminierung der Transperson! und um eine Bevormundung meiner Person.

excelente personal pero fumiguen porfavor

el hotel esta bien ubicado, el personal es de lo mas amable, el wifi fallaba un poco en mi habitacion, las 2 noches que estuve se veia muy limpia la habitacion pero deben de fumigar porque salian muchisimas cucarachas chiquitas en las 2 noches que estuve ahi; tambien me gusto que me ofrecieron un tour muy bueno a la piedra del penol, super recomendado
