Interesting property. We enjoyed our stay as it grew on you but it is very tired and in need of an update. The mattress was very uncomfortable for me, it was a memory foam one but didn’t seem to recover it’s shape when you moved so a constant dip in the middle. Having said that if it was on our route again I would possibly stay again as it was clean and friendly.

Le foto non sono la realtà. Piscina un pò sporca, in camera Suite phon rotto, luce sopra specchio rotta, gancio finestra bagno rotta, gancio finestra stanza rotta, balcone sporco con lattine usate per terra, frigorifero non funzionante, e per finire colazione di scarso livello e cibo veramente da 1 0 2 stelle. Peccato. Perché il posto è strategico ma andrebbe ristrutturato.

Le personnel est agréable, le restaurant est propre, par contre les chambres manquent d'insonorisation et un rafraîchissement des peintures serait utile ainsi que les rideaux, et pour les extérieurs il y a des endroits où les carrelages sont à refaire et la piscine a besoin aussi d'un petit rafraîchissement mais on peut s'y baigner, par contre je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de tester la discothèque car on m'avait dit qu'elle ouvrait le vendredi et samedi mais j'y suis allée elle était fermée

The price was reasonable. However, facilities were older and could use an update. Breakfast was terrible. We arrive for breakfast 1 h before it ended, however, most of the food was gone, and the little bit of coffee left was burnt. Staff was approached by another upset guest and they were very evasive, hiding inside the kitchen. By the time the staff started to bring some food out, we were already leaving the place.

Dining room is very nice, dinner was good. Rooms and parking behind security gate with nice green area with chairs and tables very cute. Overall hotel and facilities are very dated. A little like stepping back into the 70s, it was probably the hot spot then, now it’s got charm but not luxury

Bizarrely terrible

This hotel is very unusual. It's like it has been abandoned, but then opened again without fixing any of the dilapidation that has occurred. Pool empty with furniture and litter floating around in the puddle at the bottom, rooms feel unclean, signs falling down, no wi-fi strength etc. The breakfast was a disaster - there was no power to the table with the toaster, hot water urn etc, so you could not make tea or toast. The staff just did not care. I crawled under the table to see if I could fix it - it just needed to be plugged in somewhere else. Person after person went to the staff asking about it and they just did nothing, explaining it just was not working without trying to fix it. It just would have been way easier to fix it!! As we left a large group arrived for breakfast and we shuddered at what may happen next.... On the plus side, excellent TV/Movie channels were available in the room.

Hotel is very large, rooms were very big. Beds were too hard and uncomfortable to sleep, but seems to be the standard in Portugal. It was okay to sleep with the windows open. WiFi didn't work in the rooms and in the public areas, which was very annoying. Breakfast buffet was good and the variety was excellent. There were enough restaurants in the area, unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel opened very late, so we ate somewhere else.

A one night hotel really. More like a drive-in motel, rooms are completely "exposed" unless you have curtains closed at all times. Walls are extremely thin drywall so you can literally hear EVERYTHING going on on adjacent rooms! that can really be annoying. Breakfast was by far the worse on our Portugal trip! A coffee and bread with butter. fruits (only oranges) were old, tired, dry. amazing, as we also had dinner at the hotel restaurant the evening we arrived, and food was actually very nice. We can't recommend.
