"The staff member I did meet was very sweet. Unfortunately, the room condition was not good. The floors appeared not to swept and there were multiple cigarette burns on the blanket. I requested another room, which was not the best either. Ultimately, we decided not to stay there. After speaking with hotels.com and the hotel management, the issue was resolved. "
