"Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were even worse. The breakfast was very plentiful and hot and fresh. There was a group of 10 of us we were fortunate to stay in building one but 2 of the couples who were older were in building 2 on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. "

"Breakfast was okay didn’t have real syrup creamer or real butter we prioritize healthier food choices so it didn’t fit our needs well but others probably wouldn’t care Pool was great and staff was super friendly Fitness center was pretty small and no water access which was odd "

"It was stated that check-in is at 4:00pm. We arrived at 6:00pm and were told our room was not ready and to check back in an hour. We came back at 7:30pm and were able to check in but when we entered our room it appeared that it had never been cleaned from the previous occupants. We hauled our luggage back down from the 8th floor, were given a new room but then were presented with what appeared to be blood droplets all over the comforter once we pulled it back. (I took multiple pictures). Just an overall bad experience for a place you expect to be great. Very disappointed. "

"While i absolutely loved the property itself, it was the minor details that left the most impact. They really pay attention to their tenants. I had mentioned the patio, coffee and my bible. While, upon check in there was christian music playing when we entered the property. Thise are the small things that make everything. To know somone payed that much attention to me without even knowing me personaly, then took that extra step to create such a warm welcome, well, needless to say that kind of LOVE seems to be rare in this world anymore. God bless the Pritchett family.A big thank you to them for such a great stay!!!!!"

"Our condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. Only problem we had was sharing the central air thermostat with the unit adjoining us. Service was prompt to fix it. Would have liked to have more cable channels and would have loved if the windows were clean enough to enjoy the view. The screen on the patio was also an obstruction of the view. Overall, very nice stay. "

"Hotel is dated, but room sizes were good. Some minor problems with shower door were resolved quickly. Breakfast at hotel was overpriced, waffles served were Eggos (on paper plate with plastic utensils)...definitely don't recommend! Lease favorite part was "hospitality" desk that provided lots of pressure to view video & do survey..very annoying after long drive!"
