"Only thing the red roof has going for it is that you will always be able to get a room there even when every other hotel is booked because no body wants to stay there."

"This hotel is huge. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning is great. Nice pool, kept with bromine. No chlorine. "
"My original room had not been cleaned. Greg jumped on it and got me another room. I could see my vehicle from the window.
I prefer Home2Suites when I travel.
The only down side was I could not figure out how to turn off the light over the counter."
"We were visiting Lubbock to go to my niece‘s graduation. This is a unique hotel experience with no lobby and no staff other than in the restaurant downstairs. I liked the self check in. It was in a safe neighborhood and our room was clean and quiet. There was a great coffee shop across the street too."
"The house was sufficient for our needs. As per the listing, it isn't furnished to be luxurious. The kitchen had two refrigerators - the freezers worked on both, but the fridge only worked on one of them. I had an issue finding the one light switch for the kitchen; I thought the bulbs were out. The manager was prompt to send someone to repair it. Come to find out, the switch for the kitchen was in the living room! Glad it was an easy "fix!" The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. I was disappointed the washing machine didn't work right. It would fill and run a cycle, but at the end of the cycle the garments still had soap residue and smelled dirty. The dryer worked fine. "
