「Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! 」

「It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. 「This property is extremely accessible to DC and Arlington areas, 3 minutes for Reagan airport with no noise, and easy communication with excellent support from the host. We came for our son’s college graduation. It is nicely appointed however has just the basics in the kitchen and bath so bring all essentials. "建物は古く、電子レンジがなかったり、浴室が普通の半分サイズなど、やや奇妙なところもありますが、古い箱で最近に近いサービスを提供していると言うことで好感が持てます。最近は冷凍庫や電子レンジがあるところも多いので検討してもらえると嬉しいです。スタッフはとても親切でした。まさにホテルマンとしての、プロの仕事をされていました。設備も故障や汚れは一切なくとても快適でした。 WiFiは無料で使えますが、終日とても遅かったので、これは改善してほしいです。"

"部屋は狭いけど全てが整ってます。冷蔵庫はないけど私には必要ありません。スタッフの方々はフレンドリーでした。美術館、ワシントンモールなど有名なところに歩いて行けます。また周りにたくさんあるレストランも楽しめます。中華街の中なので外は賑やかでしたが、ぐっすり眠れました。一階のカフェのペイストリーもおいしそうです"
