All Decked Out is the place to be! This spacious home, located along the sparkling lakefront of Marsh Hill Road, is a true beauty, inside and out. The name of the home rings true here, with huge decks on the two living levels, and lots of great amenities like an outdoor grill, hot tub, and outdoor seating and dining. The outdoor hot tub, on its own deck, is nestled amid towering timbers and overlooks the home's large fire pit and its Adirondack chairs, the 150 feet of private lake front and the private, split dock. Inside, the home was curated with care to feature art from all over the world, in a home built for comfort. The large, well-equipped kitchen flows into an adjoining dining room, which leads directly into the expansive main living room— the lake view chasing you from room-to-room. The large downstairs family/entertainment room ensures that guests have plenty of space to spread out - kids and young adults love it especially with the large selection of DVDs and the large, game ready TV. The 1.3 wooded acre lots offers rare lakefront privacy, but since All Decked Out is located on Marsh Hill Road, it is close to all your favorite activities, like Wisp Resort which is just a mile down the road! The area's largest grocery store and favorite attractions like the Adventure Sports Center's mountaintop whitewater rafting, Canoe on the Run Cafe, and the Deep Creek Fun Zone are also just minutes away.
Dock: The private double slip dock is shared with the neighboring property. The left slip is dedicated to the renters of this house and can accommodate two boats, one in the slip and the other on the left outer side. The dock is located directly behind the house and accessed by a private path to the lake shore.
Sleeping arrangement: In bedrooms: 2 king masters with en suite, 1 king, 1 queen plus sleep sofa, 1 bunk with full and twin plus 1 twin trundle, 1 full plus queen sleep sofa.
* Winter Advisory: Deep Creek is a mountainous region that experiences more snowfall and ice than you may be used to. Many roads and driveways can be steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are advised in the winter months. *
Dog-Friendly Notice: Maximum of two dogs per reservation. A $175/non-refundable fee will be added for each dog. Dogs should be well-behaved, trained, and friendly; dogs with a history of aggression or destruction are not permitted. In order to comply with many of our home's rental insurance policies, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned for all rentals, regardless of individual training and temperament. If you are planning to bring a dog, please reach out to us upon booking to discuss your dogs breed to get final approval from our staff.
