This spacious home sits on three peaceful acres with beautiful views of both the mountains and the water. As a guest, you'll enjoy membership at CARC, giving you access to a pool, hot tubs, and a gym.

Inside, the home's warm and inviting atmosphere is complemented by high ceilings and large windows, making the space feel bright and airy. The open floor plan encourages togetherness, but when you seek a quiet moment, the deck offers a perfect retreat to soak in the views, or you can unwind in one of the well-appointed bedrooms.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, and a convenient breakfast bar. After gathering around the large dining table, relax in the cozy living room to watch a movie, or head to the deck for a soak in the hot tub under the stars.

Additional highlights include a washer/dryer, a jetted tub in the primary bedroom, a spacious loft with extra sleeping space, and a ping pong table for some fun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
