「The guy that checked me in was okay. The lady that checked me out was outstanding. She was very nice and professional. I met one of the managers on the elevator she was very nice. I love her and the lady that checked me out customer service. They are not friendly people. I had wanted to try a different hotel. BAD CHOICE!!I’m always going to the Hyatt or Marriott. They don’t have to worry about me again because I am NOT coming back.」

「It was very clean and well kept, all the staff were very nice and informative. Answered our questions and were helpful with local restaurants. Room was clean and had a nice coffee set up! Overall very enjoyable, would definitely stay again.」

「This hotel needs to be updated. Things seem to be getting old. The veneer on the mirror was bubbling up to come off and the furniture and carpet just seems very used. It was clean, however.」

「The beds were and made, and towels were replenished - but the trash was not taken out, nor was the floor vacuumed, we were out of tissues. The bathtub is very slow to drain, after shower I had a lake in the bathtub.」

「Breakfast includes, close to many, restaurants, shopping and other entertainment. Rooms were overall clean. Facility had easy to use amenities, for instance the pool, was actually available unlike other hotels.」
