The open-concept layout is perfect for connection, while quiet nooks give everyone a place to unwind.Outside, the private pool and backyard invite endless summer fun—from sunny swims to sunset BBQs. Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio or sharing laughs over dinner, this space is made for memory-making. Everything you need for a fun, comfortable, and carefree stay is right here—just bring your favorite people.
Please note that we provide a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels to start your vacation. We recommend bringing additional supplies for your personal use.

Please note that the driveway and dock are shared with the home next door.
The home has a private well and is equipped with a full house filtration system.

Minutes from St Michaels. The home is on St Michaels Road, which allows you direct access to all the sights in area.

We welcome your furry friends at an additional non refundable fee of $200 per pet..
Talbot County requires a lease agreement to be signed by all guests prior to occupancy of a rental property.
Interaction with Guests:
The guest experience is to our main priority and we are available to guests as needed.
We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention.
Guests are notified of check in details 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check out instructions are texted within 24 hours of departure.
